Matthew began his career with Robert Half in 2019 as a Talent Manager.  In 2021, he was promoted to the Practice Director of our contract accounting & finance division, and he led the team to an all-time high number of consultants on billing.  Matt is a 4-time Reach for the Stars winner.  In 2025, Matt transitioned to the Management Resources arm of Robert Half, which specializes in the placement of Sr. Accounting, Finance, and HR professionals.  Matt graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Economics.  In his free time, Matt enjoys golfing and watching sports.

This presentation highlights management strategies for today’s multigenerational workforce. Attendees will learn the unique characteristics and strengths of each generation and how to build stronger, more inclusive teams through effective collaboration, communication and leadership.
