The Richmond Chapter of the APA will be having a virtual meeting on Wednesday, April 28th, 2021 from 9am until 1pm.  You will be able to earn 2 RCHs for attending.  This meeting will use the Zoom platform.  An email will be sent to all registrants with the meeting information no later than noon the day prior to the meeting (April 27th at noon).  Please be on the lookout for an email inviting you to register for the meeting!

Third Party Sick Pay:
This session is designed to cover the framework behind third party sick payments, including the responsibility of the employer and the third party. Examples will be provided to cover short term disability, long term disability, nontaxable payments, and W-2 reporting.

The Deets behind ARPA:
The American Rescue Plan Act was signed by President Biden in March 2021. This session will cover the details behind ARPA to include available tax credits, regulation changes, and how to ensure systems are set up to be compliant with the act.
